Progressing Lives In Las Laderas

For over 15 years, the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust has partnered with Project Peru to support community projects in Las Laderas. In that time, we’ve built over 100 homes, 3 soup kitchens, expanded a children’s refuge, and delivered hundreds of Christmas care packages.

In June 2025, 10 volunteers from across the group travelled to Las Laderas to support Project Peru's ongoing efforts on the ground. Their incredible fundraising efforts helped make a real impact — and you can still support the project by donating below!

Peru 2025 Fundraiser

The Project Peru refuge provides a safe home for vulnerable children from tragic backgrounds. Entirely run by locals and volunteers, it relies solely on donations, with no government funding.

The houses we build offer essential shelter — a safe, lockable space to sleep, something many in Las Laderas still don’t have.

In June 2025, we completed our sixth volunteer trip, with team members from Amoria Group’s global offices helping to build more houses. The work was tough but incredibly rewarding — and every donation continues to support materials and construction for future homes.

Our Latest Volunteering Trip

10 volunteers travelled to Las Laderas in June 2025 to build more houses for the local community.

Our volunteers worked for a week on the construction of 2 houses and a soup kitchen - more houses will follow.

During their stay in Peru, the team stayed in a local children's refuge, where they not only looked after the children, but also worked alongside local construction workers.

This is our sixth trip to a region we have been supporting for over fifteen years – each trip brings more aid to the community, creates additional local jobs and enables the construction of more much-needed homes.

The work is hard, but it's rewarding. The support makes a big difference to the people in las Laderas.
