Planting trees
for a better future
We plant 1 tree for every NPS survey completed by our clients and candidates,
10 trees per employee every year, 100 trees every time an employee is promoted internally in celebration of their progression, and 1000 trees every time we open an office in a new global location. So far we've planted over 160,000 trees!

Affordable and clean energy
Through our recruitment and selection services in renewable energy, we contribute worldwide to hundreds of projects enabling clean and sustainable energy. We operate on offshore and onshore wind and solar projects, as well as transmission and distribution upgrades that bring cleaner energy from supplier to homes.
Across other sectors we also place people on net-zero upgrade projects, helping our partners reduce thousands of tonnes of CO₂ emissions and actively contribute to building a greener future.

We're committed to giving back as we grow, progressing lives through charitable endeavours from our employee-led activities to our own Amoria Bond Charitable Trust.
