What is ASCEND?

Launched in 2020, ASCEND is an internal programme designed to attract, retain, empower and advance women across the business, while also fostering greater cross-regional collaboration and leadership development. Guided by a Steering Committee of senior women from all global offices, the initiative has grown through tailored regional ownership, combining one-to-one coaching, mentoring, networking opportunities, inspiring podcasts and empowerment training.
